Roger Fisher
In January 1987, I started BOSS Business Systems, Inc. as an authorized Konica Minolta office equipment dealership. Since that time we have also taken on a number of additional product lines to strengthen our offerings to our customer base. These include, Panasonic and Samsung to name a few.
We remain today as one of the only locally owned and operated office equipment dealerships in the area and are proud to contribute to our local economy in which we live. In 1987, BOSS was selected by Konica Minolta Corporation in an effort to increase market share and provide the existing client base with better, faster service to the area. The management team at BOSS has a combined history as a Konica Minolta dealership of over 50 years. Because of our outstanding performance, we continue year after year to be included on Konica Minolta’s highly regarded "Honor Council". BOSS has also continued to receive the elite Konica Minolta Pro Tech dealer service award. In the last year alone, 1 of our service technicians received the "Tech of the Month" award for best service technician in the entire United States!
As you can see, service and delivering our customers high quality business solutions is what has kept us expanding in the area for over 23 years. In this time, we have continued to supply new services and products to meet the ever expanding technological advances of the industry.
